Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Zenith Crafts! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or if the packaging is opened or altered.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer support at zenithcraftspk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at zenithcraftspk@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
